For making blog you have to need a gmail account.

First go www.gamail.com
then click on need account and make your account.

1)login to your gmail account
2)now open new tab (dont use opera or uc browser use google chorm or fairfox)
3)now go www.blogger.com

4)click on new blog
5)Choose your title name
6)Choose your address name if you see this address avile
then choose a templete (there you will find many templete)
7)finaly start blogging
